Jester At Work is the stage name of Antonio Vitale, an Italian musician originally from Pescara.
After his debut "Lo-fi, back to tape" (Twelve Records, 2009) and the maturity shown in "Magellano" (Twelve Records, 2012), he released "A Beat Of a Sad Heart" (M.I.L.K. - Minds In a Lovely Karma, 2016), a visceral and profound work born alone, without any nurse, midwife, or even a decent bed, just a father and several bills to pay. Jester At Work's music travels through emotional landscapes, blending country blues, folk, and masterful songwriting. Like great folk singer-songwriters, especially Mark Lanegan, Antonio is a lone wolf who howls sensitivity and dresses in darkness, oscillating between redemption and pain.
